Why we collect your information

We use data collected from users of the Site in order to:

A submitted withdrawal of consent by the data subject indicates the data subject’s request to have their personal data erased from Sonario systems and no further personal data should be processed. The withdrawal of consent shall not effect the lawfulness of processing data based on consent before its withdrawal.

California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)

Users of the Site that reside in California and have provided their personal information to the Site may request information about our disclosures of certain categories of personal information (if any) to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

Right to Request Deletion of your Personal Information – You may request that we delete Personal Information that we have collected from you or maintain about you, subject to certain exceptions under the CCPA (e.g., If we are required by law to retain the information.)

Right to Opt-Out of Sale of Personal Information – We do not sell Personal Information as defined under the CCPA.

Such requests must be submitted to us using the support site: Sonario® Support. Within thirty days of receiving such a request, we will provide a list of the categories of personal information disclosed to third parties (if any) for third-party direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding calendar year, along with the names and addresses of these third parties.
